Dear Mr. Hassan

I am sorry for the delay in writing you, but after Morocco we traveled on wards to Spain, and then I spent another week or so in Italy with my friend before heading back to Japan via London.

Thank you very much for your kind and expert arrangements. Everything worked out perfectly and as we had planned and hoped, and Morocco itself was much lovelier than we had ever imagined. We were very happy with all arrangements for tours, travel and hotels.

Our guide/ driver Rashid was very professional and good, as well as an excellent and safe driver. I recommend that you try to use him for all your clients. Also, all our guides in the different cities were also satisfactory, although our guide in Fez, Shakir, stood out for being most impressive and knowledgeable. He made our trip to Fez and Morocco itself a great learning experience. We learned so much about Morocco's history and religion from him. Again, we recommend that you try to get him for all your customers. Of course, everywhere we went, we praised your agency (some people knew of you in Fez and Casablanca!) and talked about our happy experience just over the Internet.

We intend to visit Morocco again not too long from now, this time to visit Tangiers and perhaps the dessert. When this opportunity comes, I would like to ask your help again. Also, we will most certainly recommend your agency to any friends in Europe, Japan or the US who would like to visit Morocco.

At the moment, many seem interested after hearing our experiences, but none have concrete plans to go. However, if there is anyone we can recommend, we will certainly email you.
