Letter from : Mr. Milton Bloch

Dear Hassan,

My wife and I have returned from our wonderful trip to Morocco and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed it.  As you know by now there was a major misunderstanding about the date of our arrival in Morocco. 
This was clearly our error and not yours.  Even though you clearly stated the month on every correspondence, we simply did not catch it and so we arrived a whole month early.  To the great credit of your very capable staff (especially Mr. Abdellah) he was able somehow to completely reconstruct the entire tour in a single night and, therefore, we proceeded the next day as though nothing was wrong.  This must have presented huge obstacles for him to overcome, but he never complained or even indicated that there was any problem for him at all!  A truly gracious and heroic response to a difficult situation, well-handled and very impressive to us.

And, as I said, the trip was great. Our driver, Khalid was super.   Always cheerful and helpful, he gave us some great suggestions, helped us bargain for purchases and gave us insights into local customs and manners.  We became friends and intend to keep in touch with him.

We just wanted to thank you for everything and say that we will be pleased to have our names added to your list of references.
